Spring 2008 Training Course:



CODAR Ocean Sensors is holding its semi-annual training course this spring in sunny California, at the Seymour Discovery Center (inside UC Santa Cruz Long Marine Lab facility).

The course will run from 9:30AM Tuesday 29 April through 1:00PM Friday 2 May
in the La Feliz Room of Long Marine Laboratory (UCSC).

A happy hour gathering will take place at Las Olitas Cantina & Grill on the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf/Pier on Monday April 28 at 6PM.

Course Fee:
Tuition is USD $750 per person, and includes course materials, 4 lunches and 2 dinners. New SeaSonde owners should contact Company for priority reservations.

Software sessions will focus on SeaSonde10 - Release 5 Update 3 for Intel and PPC Macs (Leopard compatible).

Group Lodging:

Rooms have been reserved at the Best Western All Suite Inn, with check-in Monday 28 April and check-out date Friday 2 May.

Special Group Rate is USD $109 + tax per room per night.

Reservations MUST be made through CODAR Ocean Sensors, Ltd. by 28 March 2008 to obtain discount rates. Rooms will not be held beyond this date.

The Best Western All Suite Inn is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Santa Cruz, ~ 35 miles west of Mountain View and 35 miles north of Monterey. It is a fewblocks from the famous Santa Cruz Boardwalk and UCSC campus, and still within walking distance to a number of sandy beaches.
